Had an awesome stay here during our trip. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was extremely delicious and excellent with Japanese fare, Japanese food, proteins. Location: the hotel was right by Sumida River, and the Temple, Museum, Gardens, Ekimise, Asahi, Skytree and Asakusa Station.

very new and the extras were fantastic i.e. bathroom accessories and complimentary female gift package. it was a different side of tokyo to the lit up shinjuku. we liked it for it's old shitamachi feel. we stayed there because it was close to Asakusa station where the train to Nikko leaves. It was our first stay and didn't want to navigate subways to catch our early morning train. You get a lot more value for the price than in Shinjuku (obviously).

The hotel is perfectly located just 2 minutes from the Sensoji Temple and about 4 minutes from the metro station (Ginza & Asakusa lines) in a lively area but still it is very quiet and confortable. Rooms are spacious, well insulated against the noise and as it is newly opened (since March 2012) everything is really brand new and 'shiny'. I would certainly stay there again when visiting Tokyo next time.

Excellent hotel in an enjoyable neighborhood
We had an incredible stay at a wonderful new hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. The location was perfect, just steps away from a major temple and surrounded by interesting attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to move around. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a delicious mix of Western and traditional Japanese dishes. The staff was helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some minor room maintenance and clearer directions, we had a fantastic experience. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Excellent breakfast for the start of the day with Western foods and western options, as example. Charming location, a short walk to everywhere...
Beds were quite small.

Perfect location to explore the city. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was modern and comfy. The staff were very polite and willing to help.
The breakfast was a bit pricier than other places nearby. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit randomly.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. I was impressed by their attention to detail, from the clean and comfortable rooms with a great view of Sensoji Temple and SkyTree tower, to the basic amenities provided like pyjamas and slippers. The location is perfect, close to two train stations that allowed me to easily explore all of Tokyo.
Front desk staff could improve their English language skills.
